Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy:
As a former smoker, I know the struggle some people have when they want
to quit. Are you really ready to stop smoking? If there was a
button you could press so that by pressing it you would be a non-smoker
like me for the rest of your life, would you press it?
If you have answered yes, then hypnotherapy might enable
you to push that button. It worked for me and thousands
of other people like me.
Maybe you are trying to decide hypnotherapy will work for you.
In 1992, the magazine New Scientist decided to check the claims made
by hypnotherapists and conducted a now famous large scale study.
All the well known stop smoking methods were compared.
It was found that hypnotherapy was the most effective method.
Hypnotherapy remains the most effective way of stopping smoking.
Countless independent research studies continue to prove this fact
year after year. A 2005 study of 72,000 smokers from Europe and the US,
reported in the Journal of Applied Psychology, showed that hypnosis
came top as the most effective therapy in helping people to give up.

"Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking according
to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit."
R. Matthews, New Scientist Magazine
